Dr. Lilian Anomnachi is an accomplished global health and development expert with over 20 years of experience in the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale health programs across Sub-Saharan Africa. Her expertise spans clinical health, program design, behaviour change communication, research, and health systems strengthening, with a particular focus on Primary Health Care (PHC).
Throughout her career, Dr. Anomnachi has led significant health reforms through strategic technical assistance and program implementation efforts, resulting in improved service delivery, institutional capacity strengthening, and enhanced health outcomes. She has successfully mobilized and managed over $600 million in funding for health programs covering HIV, TB, NCDs, Malaria, COVID-19, RMNCAH+N, Hepatitis, and PMTCT.
