Dr. Layi’ Jaiyeola is a seasoned public health physician and international health development expert with over 18 years of experience providing strategic technical and program leadership in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAH+N) and Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) across Nigeria’s public and private health sectors.

Dr. Jaiyeola’s career spans several leading international development organizations, including FHI360, Pathfinder International, and Jhpiego, where he served in progressively senior roles such as Senior Technical Officer, Senior Technical Advisor, Senior Technical Manager, and Project Director for the Nigerian component of multi-country initiatives.

As the Technical Director at Technical Advice Connect (TAConnect), Dr. Jaiyeola provides strategic leadership and oversight across the organization’s portfolio of programs covering RMNCAH, Immunization, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), and Health Systems Strengthening. He plays a central role in advancing TAConnect’s mission to strengthen primary healthcare systems and promote sustainable, high-impact health interventions nationwide.
