Comfort Kingsley-Randa is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) professional with over 18 years of progressive experience in public health programming, systems strengthening, and data-driven program management. She currently serves as the Director of MERL at Technical Advice Connect (TAConnect), where she provides strategic oversight for the design and implementation of organization-wide monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

Before joining TAConnect, Comfort served as Regional Senior Technical Advisor for Malaria Surveillance, M&E, and Health Systems Strengthening with the USAID-funded President’s Malaria Initiative for States (PMI-S) project. Her earlier roles include M&E leadership positions with Malaria Consortium, UNICEF, Research Triangle Institute (RTI) International, and Family Health International (FHI 360).

Her leadership ensures that evidence, data, and insights inform decision-making, adaptive management, and organizational learning across TAConnect’s RMNCAH, immunization, and health systems strengthening programs. She leads efforts to strengthen data systems, institutional capacity, and the use of analytics and evaluation findings to improve health outcomes.
