Analyst, Program Management

The Analyst, Program Management will support the Program Management Manager in overseeing daily program operations and coordination of all aspects of TAConnect’s activities. He/she will collaborate with the other program teams in the ongoing implementation of TAConnect’s technical and programmatic activities in strengthening their PHC systems and enhancing PHC service delivery.

The Program and Admin Associate will provide programmatic and administrative support to all aspects of TAConnect’s portfolio of RMNCH+N, PHC systems strengthening, and other related investments/programs in the states. He/She will provide program, administrative, and operations support including notetaking, logistics, office management, travel, and record-keeping.

Program Analyst-CoP

The Program Analyst will provide analytical, technical, and operational support to the implementation of the MNCH Community of Practice and Learning Platform. The incumbent will coordinate programme activities, monitor implementation progress, facilitate stakeholder engagement, support knowledge management, synthesize programme data, and contribute to high-quality reporting, learning, and adaptive management.

Team Lead, Lagos State

The Team Lead, State will lead the overall management of the technical, programmatic, administrative, and communications activities required to ensure successful implementation of TAConnect’s portfolio of MNCH+N, PHC systems strengthening, and other related investments in Lagos and Gombe, Nigeria. The role provides programmatic and technical oversight to ensure project strategies and approaches are delivered in a coherent, coordinated manner that meets programme goals and objectives in a timely and efficient way. The Team Lead will also develop and implement state-level communication strategies that enhance programme visibility, support donor engagement, and amplify impact storytelling through regular updates, multimedia content, and knowledge products — ensuring adherence to TAConnect’s policies and donor regulations, and maintaining close coordination with TAConnect’s headquarters communications team to align state-level messaging and branding with organisational standards.

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The M&E Specialist coordinates the implementation of MEL activities at state, LGA, and facility levels, with a focus on data collection, validation, routine analysis, and reporting, working closely with the State Team Lead and the MEL unit at the country office to track program progress, ensure data quality, and generate insights that inform adaptive programming. The role ensures the availability of accurate and timely data to inform program monitoring and operational decisions. It also includes providing technical assistance to state teams, strengthening partner capacity in data management, supporting digital innovations in monitoring, and ensuring compliance with donor reporting requirements.

Position Title: Technical Specialist

The Technical Specialist will provide strategic and technical leadership to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of interventions aimed at reducing maternal and newborn mortality. The role will focus on strengthening the quality, availability, and continuity of RMNCH+N services at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels of care through a health systems strengthening approach. The position requires a strong background in health systems strengthening and Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Health, and Nutrition (RMNCH+N).

Position Title: Technical Manager

The Technical Manager will be responsible for providing technical support to strengthen TAConnect’s technical portfolio of RMNCH+N, PHC systems strengthening, and other related investments in Nigeria. He/She will provide technical support to National & Sub-national Technical Working Groups across priority states for the successful implementation of high-impact RMNCH+N and HSS programs under TAConnect’s portfolio.
