As part of the effort to deepen partnership and collaboration for maternal and newborn health in Kaduna State, the TAConnect team, led by the State Team Lead, Alhassan Momoh, recently engaged with the Honorable Commissioner for Planning and Budget, Kaduna State, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, and the Director of Humanitarian Aids Coordination, Hajia Aishatu Muhammed, at the Kaduna State Planning and Budget Commission.
This advocacy meeting provided an opportunity to explore strategic alignment with State priorities and to facilitate institutionalization of MNH innovations with focus on scale and sustainability through adequate planning and budgeting by the State

Through this initiative, TAConnect will collaborate closely with the Kaduna State government to enhance maternal and newborn health (MNH) outcomes, aligning efforts with the state’s goals for improving health indices.
